Experience: Rick worked in commercial real estate for 10 years before launching his own company in 2006. In 2010, Kaplan Commercial Properties, Inc., merged with RE/MAX Executive Realty. Rick is a member of the United Chamber of Commerce, Milford Chamber of Commerce, and other networking groups. He has also served on the Industrial Development Committee for the Town of Medway, is a past member of the 495/MetroWest Partnership, is a Board Member at Jeff’s Place of Metrowest and is an AIPAC member.
Background: An accounting degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Management launched Rick’s career at the firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. With a growing interest in real estate, he began to pursue opportunities in real estate investment, development, and brokerage. Today Rick owns several commercial and condominium properties. He has earned his CCIM designation and has represented hundreds of businesses in leasing and purchasing millions of square feet of commercial space throughout all of Metrowest and the surrounding communities.
Experience: Casey has a wide range of experience in Commercial Real Estate. He has overseen and completed office renovations, flipped multifamily homes, facilitated mill conversions, supervised property maintenance and spearheaded condominium sales. His knowledge of MetroWest and surrounding areas assists him in finding great opportunities for his commercial sale and leasing clients. Casey is a member of the “TCOB” Framingham BNI networking group along with Central Mass Young Professions.
Background: Casey grew up working in the commercial and residential contracting/development field. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate and Economic Theory from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. While interning in college, Casey worked for a private real estate investor where he learned the many aspects of Real Estate Development — from property acquisition and appraisals to use planning and construction. Within his first three years of working at RE/MAX Executive Realty, he consistently doubled annual sales by providing informed, honest service that exceeded expectations. In the last quarter of 2014, Casey was ranked #12 in sales among all New England RE/MAX agents.
Experience: Mo has proven experience and broad industry knowledge within Property Management, both in commercial and residential sectors. With more than 20 years of Banking and Financial services experience, Mo has worked throughout MetroWest and the Greater Boston area. Mo provides a strong customer service focus to the RE/MAX Commercial team and a fierce dedication to his clients.
Background: With a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, Mo began his professional career in Banking, focused on financial services, systems implementation and Business/Financial analysis. He has worked for fortune 500 companies such as the Gillette company, where as a business analyst, he played a major role converting the Duracell Division Accounts Receivable with the Gillette Accounts Receivables. Mo is passionate about Real Estate and committed to helping his clients succeed. He currently owns commercial real estate properties in both MA and RI and holds a Massachusetts Real Estate sales license. Mo is an active member of the Massachusetts Board of Realtors.
Experience: Anthony comes from a family background in real estate, bringing experience in different real estate markets, including investment transactions and the flipping of residential properties. He has renovated and leased several multi-family properties. Having grown up in Medway, he has extensive knowledge of the Route 109 area and its surrounding towns.
Background: Anthony attended Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, MA before attending Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business. While at Marist, Anthony played football and participated in many community service opportunities. He also interned in Operations Management at the local city hotel.
Experience: Audrey brings to RE/MAX Executive Realty Commercial Division over 25 years of office management experience. She focuses on publicizing properties and providing support to the commercial brokerage team.
Background: Since 2006, Audrey has worked closely with Rick in growing his company (Kaplan Commercial) and preparing it for sale. Her skills contributed greatly to the transition process.
